Working with a personal trainer is a bit like dating – after a few times, you have enough to decide if this is someone you want to spend more time with or not.

- Did they push you hard enough or too hard?
- Was the workout balanced (cardio, muscle and flexibility)?
- Did they remember the details of your last workout?
- Did they correct your form?
- Did you learn anything new?
