Sea bass with lemon accompanied by seasonal vegetables

Ingredients:

200 gr of filleted sea bass per person
1 lemon
Dill
Seasonal vegetables

Preparation:

Place your sea bass fillet on a baking tray with baking paper and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cut two very thin slices of lemon and place a piece of dill under the lemon that is on top of the sea bass. (This will give the fish both taste and a bit of juiciness.)

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160ºC for 8-10 minutes.

Add any seasonal vegetables that you can find in the supermarket.

My preferences with fish are fennel, wild mushrooms and asparagus.

Adding thyme and rosemary to your vegetables makes them much tastier without having to add too much salt.
