The Barcelona Bootcamp fitness retreat week-long programme is designed to maximize losses in both pounds and inches ASAP, using proven weight loss and sculpting training methods.
Train in the beautiful town of Sitges, just a few minutes south of Barcelona, and make the most of our wonderful outdoor surroundings.
Sitges is home to stunning beaches and the beautiful Garraf Natural Park. This lets us optimize your training to deliver results for simply burning off fat or working up to an elite level from a strong baseline.

All of our trainers are fully qualified with vast experience in the fitness industry. They are motivating and inspirational and they’ll help you get the best out of yourself.
You can certainly expect to be pushed – this is no wellness or mindfulness retreat – but it’s healthy fun and always in a safely controlled environment, within the limits of your fitness level.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Accommodation, food and services
- You’ll be delighted with your perfect shared or single room at our stunning villa which features a private infinity pool, en suite bathrooms and all kinds of meeting rooms, patios and living spaces.
- A tasty breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are served every day. Nutritionally sound and prepared by hand, they help maximize your fitness goals without sacrificing taste! Food is used to revitalize and complement your training, ensuring you never go hungry.
- Organic home-grown produce (literally from our own garden) is used along with the highest quality ingredients for preparing every meal. We can cater to specific food needs (including allergies) and offer both vegan and vegetarian options.
- There is transport to and from the Barcelona El Prat Airport as well as to the various training areas, e.g. the Garraf National Park
- Special gourmet dinner on the last night of the camp!
Training style and activities
- An initial welcome chat with our chief trainer to identify your fitness goals and nutritional needs
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMI) assessment
- Cooking classes, learning proper dieting techniques and strategies
- Evening yoga courses and other team activities
- Morning hikes in the picturesque town of Sitges – a great way to warm up for the day
- Functional training, kettlebell training, boxing classes, TRX workouts, beach training circuits
- Massage therapist (additional cost, on request)

A Typical day
Consistency matters, but boredom has to be avoided! We make sure that every day is inspirational and invigorating, based around carefully-planned workouts that are both fun and effective. Here’s what you can expect from the enjoyable full-day programmes.
